The 7 hosts of this show, featuring Chan Koon Tai, an experienced Hong Kong Kung Fu action star, will take the audience to have a closer look at the five major beliefs of Kung Fu, Wudang, Shaolin, Wing Chun, Kuen Quan and Tai Chi in the hope to gain a better understanding of the real Kung Fu and the underlying meanings behind their practices. It is important to understand that Kung Fu is not only the studies of skills and strategies of attacking and defensing; but it is also a spiritual journey and cultivation of mind for its practitioners. This show probes into the experience of how people, through practicing Kung Fu, get to know, challenge and finally outdo themselves.

Morio Higaonna (東恩納 盛男 Higaonna Morio?, born December 25, 1938) is a prominent Okinawan karate practitioner who is the founder and Chief Instructor of the International Okinawan Goju-ryu Karate-do Federation (IOGKF).

Yuri Boyka is a Russian male sent to prison for 1st degree murder. During his time in prison he became the prison fighting champion as well as made a reputation for himself. He lost his championship title when George Chambers, an American boxer, beat him and broke his knee. Several years later he began fighting again by defeating Sykov, the current prison champion, and entering a tournament where the winner earns his freedom. Boyka wins but helped another fighter escape which cost him Boyka his freedom. However before Boyka's execution, the fighter he helped escape (Turbo) killed the executioners and gave Boyka his freedom. Boyka is 5"11. Boyka believes himself to be the most complete fighter in the world.

When the wife of the Shogun's Decapitator is murdered and he is ordered to commit suicide by the paranoid Shogun, he and his four-year-old son escape and become assassins for hire, embarking on a journey of blood and violent death.

IP Man 3 una película de artes marciales semibiográfica del 2008 inspirada en la vida de Ip Man, un gran maestro del arte marcial Wing Chun y la primera persona en enseñar este arte en forma abierta. Uno de sus estudiantes fue el aclamado y muy influyente artista de artes marciales y productor cinematográfico Bruce Lee. La película trata sobre eventos en la vida de Ip que supuestamente se desarrollaron en la ciudad de Foshan durante la Segunda Guerra Sino-Japonesa. La película fue dirigida por Wilson Yip, y trabaja Donnie Yen en el papel de Ip Man, siendo Sammo Hung responsable de la coreografía de artes marciales. El elenco incluye también a Simon Yam, Lynn Hung, Lam Ka-tung, Xing Yu y Hiroyuki Ikeuchi.

The Challenge is a 1982 American action film directed by John Frankenheimer and co-written by John Sayles. The film stars Scott Glenn and Toshirō Mifune.
The sword (one of a pair known as "The Equals") was a family heirloom, passed down through the generations, and had been lost during World War II. It was finally tracked down in California where Yoshiida's son, Toshio, finds it. He looks for someone to hire to act as a decoy in order to safely smuggle it into Japan, and back to its rightful owner, Yoshida-san. Rick Murphy (Scott Glenn) is contracted to smuggle a rare sword into Japan, only to find upon his arrival that it is a fake. Aggravated that he has been used as a decoy, he is faced with the prospect of being killed by Yoshida-san's (Toshirō Mifune) brother, Hideo. Instead, he is advised to infiltrate Yoshida's martial arts school and obtain the sword. He does so, yet finds himself being drawn into the ways of Japanese etiquette and tradition to the point where he returns the sword to Yoshida himself after having the perfect opportunity to escape with it. Murphy then humbly asks Yoshida-san if he can be forgiven and taken back in because he wants to learn the ways of Bushido. Yoshida agrees, but only if Murphy follows Yoshida's conditions.

Murphy continues to bumble his way through life at Yoshida-san's school until, after a treacherous and almost fatal attempt by one of the higher members of the school to steal the sword, he leaves and is found in a hotel in Kyoto by Akiko, Yoshida's only daughter. Finding romance, they go out to see the sights and sounds of the city, including watching a Shinto ceremony. During the hub-bub of the crowded parade, Murphy and Akiko gets separated and Hideo's henchmen kidnap her and deliver her to her uncle, Hideo. Yoshida-san, laden with ancient weaponry, ventures out to Hideo's industrial complex where he is shot and wounded by Ando (Calvin Jung), the lead henchman. Ando is slain by Hideo for this, and Murphy -- who has joined him in his quest -- opts to fight Hideo to defend his sensei. Murphy manages to defeat Hideo and win the day.
